Kardio Kickboxing
Kardio Kickboxing combines punches and kicks to form one of the best calorie burning workouts, as reported by "Muscle and Fitness" magazine. In the classes, you will be learning basic boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, as well as some Tae Kwon Do kicks such as front, side and roundhouse kicks.
Everyone is usually a beginner at kickboxing, but don't worry because as time progresses, you will be able to perfecxt these moves and add more techniques into your routine. Kardio Kickboxing will also help improve your focus, coordination, flexibility, speed and also tone and strengthen your body. The best part of it is that you are going to have FUN!
Our classes are usually 45-60 minutes long and incorporates aerobic and bag workouts, stretching and a killer abdominal routine. The variety of classes will enable you to personalize your own workout to what you want. Bag gloves are needed for class and are available for purchase at the studio. We offer vinyl bag gloves and leather finger gloves ranging from $25-50.
Kardio Mixed Kickboxing
Kardio Mixed Kickboxing involves aerobic choreographed combinations set to music as well as using a physical hand target or free standing wave bag.
Kardio Fitness Kickboxing
Kardio Fitness Kickboxing uses bags and targets which allows you to perfect all of your techniques by focusing on a physical hand target or free standing wave bag. This is a great way to exert all of your energy and stress.
